James Olin has been performing Irish music at Tir Na nOg as far back as I can remember,
1st he came in groups, he came to sessions, and then he went Solo.  I think the SOLO was the winner,
James carry's his music in his heart, and he wears that heart on his sleeve, his passion for the Celtic culture is obvious in all he does, his generosity to that same community is never ending. He is truly a gentle giant and we are proud to be counted among his friends. Join him for an evening of Celtic music, a bit of the background story of his songs and the haunting music that will indeed fill your heart as well.

a note from himself:

It's always been about what moves the heart. The songs I sing are compelling stories whose telling must be told over andover again. The stories range from dark acts that should not be forgotten to the silly revelries that we should never forsake. My hope is that as my heart is moved by the music so too may yours be moved.
